Dry toast with no filling

Very unhappy with my toasties this morning. Bought 2 chicken mayonaisr toasties this morning but when I got to work there was like almost no chicken or mayo on. It was just dry toast bread. Not acceptable at all. It use to be the nicest toasties you could buy but I dont want dry toast
