Dry to biltong chicken

On the 16th February we ordered take away of 2 Box master meals and Streetwise 5 at KFC Betgview ultra City, the Staff were chatting so loud, when we opened our food to eat. Was so disappointed the chicken breast was so dry and chewy, there was hardly any sauce on the wrap. The chicken was over cooked n dry. The chicken wing was like a winglet. This is so disappointing and intentional, the person who prepared this meal knew that we won't return as mostly it's ppl traveling who r using the outlet..i even took pictures of the meal
