Dry Snack Burgers!

I’m really disappointed with the service at KFC Mountain Mill Worcester. On two separate occasions, I received a snack burger that was completely dry — no mayonnaise, no lettuce, just a plain roll and patty. That’s not what customers are paying for.

Consistency is the bare minimum, and getting the same issue twice shows a lack of quality control. It makes me wonder whether I now have to check my food every single time before leaving the store, which shouldn’t be necessary at all.

I expect better from KFC. Please address this — customers deserve the product as advertised.
