Dry old chicken

I bought 2of the Tuesday special and 10 zinger wings on the 9th of February 2021 at 14h35 at the kabega Park branch. When I got home the chicken pieces and the zinger wings was so dry almost like the namib desert. It seems like they made the chicken more than an hour before I bought it. It was standing in the hot box for a long time. I did not get half price on my meal so why do I have to settle for poor food. Please look into this and into the manager. He has to look at his staff. As from my understanding kfc does not sell chicken standing for longer than an hour but seems to me staff and manager does not care about quality of food. I won't think twice before I buy kfc again but double twice.
