Dry gum cutting KFC sa

On the 26 March 2022 I made an online purchase for in store pickup at motherwell shopping centre. I am highly disappointed and hurt as I feel that my purchase was a loss of money that I work hard for. The chicken was extremely burnt and dry it cut through my child's gums ND mine and had it not been hot I would swear it was yesterday's chicken l, the 2 colonel burgers were nice, juicy and tender well prepared but my 5 pieces and extra free piece for purchasing online was disgusting I had to throw it out after my daughter's gum bleed from hard core dryness this is not acceptable
