Dry food and tasteless

One of the franchise that I will not buy from is KFC, opposite the Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch. There's no place that sells dry food like that franchise. This has happened to me last week as well when I had purchased a box of ducked wings as well as a 9 piece meat.

I have opted not to complain again as they will forever replace your complaint with a different meal.
