Dry dunked wings

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC Riversands (Order #4486). I ordered Dunked wings, but when I opened my meal, they were completely dry with no sauce. When I brought it to their attention, they failed to provide a satisfactory explanation.

To make matters worse, they offered to replace my order with Zinger wings, which are actually a lower-priced item. I was expecting a reimbur*****t or a gesture of goodwill, but they didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the Zinger wings were also underwhelming. I expressed my disappointment to the staff and told them it would be my last time purchasing from their store. Poor customer service subpar food quality have lost them a customer."
