Dry Dunked Wings

We always buy our food from KFC, but with both orders we were so disappointed. First we bought dunked wings from KFC Capricorn ( near Muizenberg ) last week and again from KFC Tokai, but we regret placing both orders, because the dunked wings were so dry, We might as well ordered zingerwings. I inform the KFC team about this yesterday ( of the one order ) and till now, NOTHING. This is BAD. And to top it all off, the Mr.D driver who delivered the food yesterday, had the audacity to ask me why don't I just order from the closest KFC, because he had to drive from the different branch ...
