Dry dunked wings

Not happy with KFC Rifle range road, this is the 2nd time this is happening. We bought dunked wings and when we get home its like the wings was touched by the sauces, the wings is more dried and dunked. I prefer KFC Rifle range great service, I drive all the way from Eldos to that KFC, passing KFC Eldos, KFC Southgate to go buy their only to get dried wings when we get home and this is the 2nd time this is happening. Im so not impressed with it. Please change the name if you cant live up to the standard of the product. We pay for dunked wings and get dry wings, mxm
