Dry chicken, small pieces & pathetic service

I ordered a 15 bucket by KFC online - Haasendal & the pieces were so small. It looks like mini pieces. The pieces were also dry, I didn’t enjoy my food. I’m really disappointed in KFC Haasendal. And I ordered a large chips with it & I didn’t receive my chips, when I called them to let them know they said they don’t have any drivers to bring my chips. They will refund me my money in 7-14 days! Wow, I’m done with KFC. This has taken the joy out of my KFC experience I had all the years. The person on the phone was not helpful & when I asked for a courtesy as it was their mistake & I was embarrassed infront of my guests. They just said I will have to wait for my refund. I really wish I bought somewhere else.
