Dry Chicken and no Patty on my Snack Burger

I visited the KFC in East Lynne Pretoria on the 26th of January 2018 at about 16:00 I ordered 2 streetwise 2's, 2 snack burgers and a kiddies meal. The Chicken in the street wise 2 was delicious very few chips though. My major frustration was with the snack burgers as when we opened them at home the bun and mayo was there but NO Patty on either burger how does that even happen!? I would really love an answer to that question. One Patty missing I would say was a mistake 2 of them missing is just really bad service and a lack of caring which I know is not a kfc standard please resolve this!!!
