Driver left with my food

KFC drivers are the WORST - I ordered food and he kept on getting lost despite the clear directions I gave him and after 30 minutes he found the place. I went outside to collect and he left me standing there waiving, looked straight at me and turned his bike and left with the food. His name is Rashid and I called the Craighall KFC I ordered from and I was told that they aren't responsible for drivers and did not give any process to report him or raise a complaint.
