Drive trough menu option

KFC Van Riebeeck Park Soutpansberg Avenue, Drive trough not very good setup not big menu option, when I asked about it I was told if I want bigger menu option I need to go inside, why do they have a drive trough, and also very slow for new KFC just opened. The menu option outside should be the same as inside, should get equal service.
