Drive Thru Rude

I drove to Thorntree Complex in Soshanguve and used the drive thru window. i orderd my food and was told to pay at the next window. no need to mention the lady did not bother greeting and was purely unfriendly. I did however drove to the next window where we would normally pick up the order. when i i got to the window the lady handed me the food and asked if i was paying with cash or card. i told her I was using a card. to my suprise she advised me to reverse back to the previous window to pay which obviously i refused. (who in their right mind reverses on a busy drive through?) I was then rudely told its either I reverse or get out of the car and join the long crazy queeu in order to get my food. Which i also refused fortunately one of my passenger had some cash on them and we paid for the food. you guys really need to do something about this shop unless you dont care about customers in that community. UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!
