Drive Thru or Stroll thru, That's the question?

I am not one to complain, but the servicei s really pathetic at KFC even at my home branch. After looking at the reviews of other Customers, it seems as if KFC management does not expect or demand Exceptional service from their Staff....It looks like its a norm....The drive thru at our KFC Vredendal, takes 30 to 40 mins and it is ironic as our drive through takes on average 6 cars....I have had endless querries and not once have they WOWEd me off my feet for even average service....Sorry KFC you are missing the boat...
