drive thru or stop and wait
<p>lephalale kfc is pathetic who stood in line for more than 20minutes and when we got home our food was cold the hotwings are half cooked they still raw the pops are hard as rocks the service at this kfc is pathetic the staff either laugh at you when you complain or they turn around and walk away!!!!! this kfc has been closed so many times before for what reason who knows rather close the doors permanently</p>

now i get an email saying my complaint has been resolved in exsactly what way was my issue resolved because no one emailed me regarding anything and if the issue was resolved the kfc would be better because i was there yesterday and every single thing was the same the food the waiting time everything so dont fool yourselves pick up your blerry socks south africas customer service is pathetic and trust me i have been in many places in the world!!!!!
