Drive thru from hell

KFC Palm Springs mall has no idea what is a drive through, I have came there 4 times and I am always asked to go to the parking and they will bring the food later, and it’s so bad there would be like 5 cars and we all wait for service that we supposed to get in the driveway, I am actually ****ed because it’s because we are black people in the hood we treated like this, and I also stay at Alberton and I never experienced this nonsense before, the service we get in townships it’s **** and need to be improved immediately because wow .
