Drive Thru FAILS

Every Sunday after Church I stop at KFC for dinner using the drive thru and every time I have to wait. Tonight was no exception but I lost it when they told me I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Take note it is a drive thru. So I drove to KFC in Walker drive. Using the drive thru again. Guess the waiting time, yes 15 minutes. Why do they call it a drive thru? And how does a place like KFC run out of chicken? Sorry just doesn't cut is. If they can't manage a drive thru or keeping up with the chicken then close the store. My time, petrol and patience were wasted on a place who truely fails to deliver. I truely can understand it happening one time but everytime. No ways. Dissapointed beyond words and angry. What does the Cornel say? KFC suck BIG TIME in PE.
