Drive thru experience at night

I drove to KFC in sun village in Sun city complex at night to get something to eat before i go to sleep as i came far , It was about 23:40 , i stopped in the window for about 5 minutes no one attended me , i then decided to hood as no one is noticing there is a car in the window , Then came a lady she didn't even bother to greet she went straight to the point of sale stood there for about 3 minutes and she decided to greet , I Placed an order 2 twisters one sweet chilli and Classic for my son , we received the order and we couldn't identify which one is classic and sweet chilli , i filled in KFC survey have not got a respond on how was the matter resolved till now
