Drive Thru Disaster

<p>This morning I visited the local drive thru KFC in Tzaneen, situated on the R71.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service I experienced there was non-existent. I arrived at the drive thru, the only vehicle at the first window and waited for just over three minutes. Just waiting, because there was no employee at the window to take my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I then moved onto the second window where the order collection takes place, only to find that again, there was no staff member at the window.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hooted once, to hopefully grab someone attention, to hear someone shout in the background, "drive thru", at the same time, I saw a cashier at the front counter, whom saw me waiting, another staff member, ran in and out of the door between the kitchen and the seating area, but again, I waited unattended.</p> <p> </p> <p>In total, I spent roughly five minutes at both windows, with no service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually there were two cars behind me, and I doubt that they received any service either. This is not the first time that I have experienced terrible service at this restaurant and especially in the drive thru.</p> <p> </p> <p>So eventually I left the store, without purchasing anything. Someone seriously needs to attend to the level of service in this store, before the people get sick and tired of the lack of service. Check the drive thru timers, the average queue time must be far from target. </p>
