Drive thru, but still have to go get food inside

This is now the 2nd time that i order food via the drive thru and get told to wait in the parking lot, sometimes it takes up to 30 mins to get my order. When i tell them that i will wait at the window i get spokento rudely andthe looks i get. Are you guys busy bypassing the system where the orders are being monitored by censors? Why bother? Then lastvtime i had to get out my car to ask what is happening with my order. O i forgot was the response. I could type this whole complant while still wIting for my order....
