Drive thru

This evening I decide to go to KFC in milnerton which I haven't been to in along time and remembered why I don't go any more as far as I know you place your order go to the widow to pay and get your food now I order my food take a while to get to the front of the q I pay for my food and wait by the stop sign just remembering we are all in a que what does the lady do she gives the ppl behind me there food not 1 not 2.ut three cars behind me and they all start hooting and going on with me I think you should close your drive thru since the ppl that work there don't know how a drive thru works. Or your system isn't working and I didn't order a lot of food ordered two meals you drive thru sucks
