Drive through stops making normal fillets a hour before closing

This is definetaly not the first time i get to the drive through and their words is always the same… we do not have normal fillets fpr a ronder are you willing to wait… after complaining by the regional manager he got the answer that because they close at 10 they dont want to waiste food this was 45 min before closing and i heard 2 people as for the same but rather left because of the waiting time.., as i said this is definatly not the first time

Then they talk and exlsin, then they call the manager by the time you get to pay and the time on the slip the waiting time doesnt look that bad at all But go look when i arrived and when i left its a totally different story But nobody seems to care if you offer a servoce till ten… should you gove that service

I ordered for a whole family … 4 full meals How many meals did they let go nevause they only have zinger fillets… i saw 2 cars leave that asked for normal rounders

Am i that wrong or is this kind of drive though service normal 49min to be exact on the till slip non the actuall time i got there normal?
