Drive through, or sleep through ???

<p>I've been to the KFC in Richards Bay twice in the last 2 weeks, after a very long time [since the maggot issue was exposed in rbay].. much to my dismay, the drivethrough service is pathetic ! I sat in the queue, both times, for well over 30min. and there were only 3-4 vehicles in front of me !!! placed my order accordingly, eventually got to the pay and pick up point on the first occassion, and my order was wrong !!! the person at the window refused to help me, so I asked for a manager who finally came through and finally got my order right - at an additional cost obviously. Second time around, after the long wait, we get to the only 1 wondow that has life, so you have to place your order, pay, and receive ur order at the same point, when we requested rounders, we were told that no burgers were available - only junior burgers and wraps. *** !!! we continued insisting on the burgers, and continued getting a "NO". called on the manager, again, and by this time more than 45 min had passed so we were out of energy and just took whatever was available. is this how KFC runs its business ? its simply pathetic, and I will never waste my time going there again. I will also encourage those around me to apply the same !</p>
