Drive through experience

The experience I have as a drive through passenger is always bad. There's always poor service especially with Streetwise pap. The pap is either not properly cooked or too loose and the gravy in other shops is nicely thick but in other its very watery. It is always best to get in the shop and buy in order to properly check the products. I am not happy at all and have lost hope in terms of service delivery at KFC.
