Drive Through attitude

I was at the drive through and there was no one being serviced, I kept on saying Hello...hello...hello and there was no response. I waited a few seconds and someone said \Can I take your order. I asked for greeting and I said I have been here for a while and she responded with "Can I take an order Sir\"" as if she's ignoring my question. I asked the same question again and the response was still the same. I told her its okay I will order from the inside she she said \""FINE\"" and hung up on me. I ended up being serviced by another friendly operator called Mahlatsi and I moved to the paying window. I found two ladies there. One had a very bad look and it was confirmed that she was the one who was servicing me earlier. She had a tag written Thuli and I asked if she was the only Thuli in the store and they said her name is Abigail. She never shown any sense of respect for the customers and looking at me that way I don't believe she represents KFC well. """
