Drive Through an Inconvenience

I went to the Goodwood KFC to get a Streetwise 5. I approached the Drive Through for the purpose of being convenient and fast service. When I approached the window, there was a Cash Only sign on the window. I was then forced to to go inside where the queue was literally out the door and the speed of the service not the fastest. I asked the cashier at the drive through why no card facilities? She couldn't answer me. In this day in age of crime etc card transactions are a more safer and convenient option. This is a reason as to why many people don't carry cash. KFC Goodwood needs to get with the program.
