Dreary assistance to resolve refund due

I am please looking for assistance to resolve the refund, as the call centre number when dialled "no longer exists"

I have tried contacting ***, I have tried emailing, but I am not receiving any contact.

Last contact I received was advising via SMS that the call is closed due to not being able to contact me, but I had no missed calls on my phones.

Please help resolve this matter without further delays...
