Dreadful experience

Las week Friday on the 26th of May 2023, we travelled with our family to Welkom from Johannesburg for almost 3 hours. We decided to pass by KFC Welkom Square (8 Pearl - 23 Mantidi) because we were hungry as it was late in the evening already. We made an order of 9-piece thrift = R144.90 and side large chips = R68.70 at 22h19 and we were told to wait for 15mins. Mind you, we were also never asked if it is ok for us to wait for that much. Till it became 23h05 (an hour later) while we were waiting with other 3/4 customers who made their order after us. It was a shock to us when we realized that the orders that we made after us were served, and they had a nerve to tell us our order was not ready we still needed to wait for uncooked chicken with no remorse. The fact is, they gave our order to one of the drive thru customer. We had no choice but to ask for a refund. We have never experienced such a dreadful service ever in our lifetime.
