Drastic service improvement

I wish to place on record my utter amazement and delight at the drastic improvement to the service at KFC ARMITAGE ROAD. <br> <br> I have used that drive though probably 10 times since they opened and every single time they got the order wrong, typically never had stockvof at least one item and it took forever to get the food after paying. <br> <br> Shannon and I drove in this evening and were surprised to be met with a well spoken representative who clearly knew her products standing at the menu display boards. She helped us choose our order and then relayed it perfectly to another representative also standing on the driveway but next to the cashier window. This lady then collected our money and waved us through to the collection window.<br> <br> We had hardly even stopped and the order was passed through the window!<br> <br> The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and super efficient and above all friendly. <br> <br> If there is an award for the most improved fast food outlet then KFC ARMITAGE ROAD PMB definitely has our vote! Well done guys!
