Double payment - Inconvenient

I dont even know why I still bother to get KFC, most of the time there is some sort of an issue. No ice cream is one of their favourite sayings. Why offer a drive through facility when you need to park some where, or like today after a swipe and showing approved to park and come in and pay again. If this payment did not show on my phone I would have left this order! But then it would be paying for something I do not get. So after the forced acceptance and paying twice for the same food the reversal did not go through. This most probably means countless phone calls and or a visit to the KFC or bank to sort this matter out!. What a waste of time!!!<br> <br> Carel
