Double deduction for online purchase

I used the KFC app to make two different purchases on two different days with my card. The amounts were deducted from my card immediately when I made the purchases and a few days after two deductions for the the amounts of the two purchases where made again to my account. I tried contacting customer care and they said they would get back to me but they still haven't.
