Double crunch burger

Ordered a Double crunch burger and twister meals.. waited more than half an hour.. The Double crunch burger only had one small piece of chicken on and the twister was filled half way, the fries was also very old and cold. I took the food back and the second time the Double crunch burger once again only had one small piece of chicken on(it was even worse than the first one). The twister only had a little bit of sauce added to the front.. The chips was better but had a lot of rotten pieces in.. This was one of the worst times ever.
