DOUBLE CHARGED

I have been double charged and told the teller that , she refused refunding me saying I will get my money following day. Went there on the next day and still they did not refund me even though I am giving them proof from my bank. The Supervisor who was on duty was very rude saying customers like to try luck by doing this. it was the 26/03/2021 and today is 30/03/2021 but no response from the management.
