Double charge

On the 26 I brought food and the 1st time my card was decline so they do another transaction that was successful on the 28 I went to kfc caledon spoke to the manager and she said she will send my bank statement off and it only takes 3days for the money to be back into my account its been more then a week and I haven't received my money yet an I'm getting furious at the moment
