Double Billing

I visited this branch on the 31st where I bought a family box and for some reasons my account was double debited. I went to Eyethu Mall on the 10th August to report this and I spoke to their manager Stanley who assured me that this will be resolved by the 12th of August. Despite the fact that I have all the proof indicating the double payment, to this day I have not been assisted. I was told that Thoko from head office will contact me, but that didn't happen. Her contact details are ***. I need my refund.
