Don't use the KFC app

Ordered on the KFC app (Maitland branch), after placing order and money coming off my account, I get a pop up message to say there are no drivers, the app then closes. I reopen the app and there are no recent orders but the money was taken. I call the customer center and they advise to wait a day or so for the money to refund and if it doesn't refund they advised me to send proof of that the money came off my account which I did 2 days later my case number is Customer Care Case CAS-***-M1H5T0 has been logged YUM:***. I still haven't received any feedback just stupid bot responses.

Worst app ever. Fix your ****ty app and refund my money please.
