DONT GET WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED
Good day<br> <br> This Morning I have been to KFC on Louis Botha Ave in Wynberg and requested x2 AM Crunch Wraps, I got Crunch burgers instead.<br> <br> Long story cut Short this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the same branch.<br> <br> I don't understand how does Wraps sounds like Burgers? I could not wait for them to rectify the Issue as I had waited 10 Mins already for the incorrect order.<br> <br> Please Advise a Way forward as there is a serious issue with the Staff in that branch.
