DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH KFC

Absolutely disgusted by the level of service recieved at KFC Armitage.

After waiting an ENTIRE hour for our order to be placed at the drive through we got an INCORRECT order. Someone jumped the queue AND WAS ASSISTED PRIOR TO THE REST OF THE QUEUE. And got charged for something we never had. This service is gross. Trans number was 962932. Doc number IN0420T ********** 22.

The person taking the order was NOSPIHO, with the number 3 by her name.

To break it down we ordered 4 snack burgers (of which 1 had TWO parties) We ordered a twister (which was not recieved DESPITE BEING PAID FOR) AND after waiting an hour TO EVEN PLACE THE ORDER someone jumps the queue and is assisted.

Honestly this is the biggest load of c**p I have EVER seen and this KFC should be damn well closed.

ZERO signage to say the intercom is broken. Zero signage to suggest it might take a while and full tolerance of people jumping queues. Lack of attention to detail and honestly disgusting.

To top it all off this was after waiting at another KFC on doctor chota motala WHICH HAD NO CHICKEN?? A KFC WITHOUT CHICKEN. Honestly. Disgusting service.
