DONT CARE- POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

I ordered exactly at 18:11 and I was told my order will be here in 30 minutes. I did not get a call from the store or online at all.At 18 :45 I call online to track my order, the lady who answered my call let me wait online to call the store and than finally got back to me saying, well the store does not have a driver. I'm extremely disappointed with this F the customer kind of service. It 19:15 the money has not been returned into my account, nor have I received a call from either the store or online...so you need to pay for your order and phone in to begg them to deliver as well.
