Dont care attitude

This morning at 8:20am i went into kfc constantia kloof to buy breakfast,when i got in the was no one at a counter to assist me,so i stood there for approximately 10 min .This lady comes from the back holding a cup of coffee or tea .She doesn't even apologize that shes been out and i stood there ,then i said to her "oh i was about to leave hey"she looked at me and never said a word instead she wanted my order ,i ordered ,after that when she gave me my breakfast then i said to her ,i wanted to eat inside so because you dont give a F$# you didn't even care to ask me .she still stood there no apologize or a word ,a gentle man came ,one of the staff members to apologize of her behalf ,i told that guy that this lady must not serve customers ,her attitude sucks.i need KFC to give me feedback about this and do something about this ,i even said to her i know im black ,so according to your attitude i must get a ****ed up service.
