Don't bother with them, pathetic customer care and pathetic online functionality

Last 3 orders online was a stuff up. I am still waiting for my money back for lack of chips as ordered 3 months ago which was promised as a voucher, so I assume that the money is ****** now. Now placed an order with Stanford road, they took my money and gave me a 45 minuter delivery time. After an hour I phoned them and they have conveniently cancelled my order without making contact with me. Then they cannot refund my money for 7 to 14 working days. The supervisor that contacted me was less helpful than a government employee. What a joke of a company! Another good company being run into the ground
