Don't bother going to the newly established KFC branch at Phumula Gardens

The staff from this branch was simply pathetic,rude, and has horrible attitudes. We always complain about the unemployment issue yet once some people get hired they think they own the whole franchise. They tease customers,disrespect and yell at them and are just overall meaner than snakes. To make it worse,the manager encourages this behaviour.
