Don't advertise what you don't have

Very disappointed. Placed an order online for 2 oreo krushers yet the stores machine isn't working. Why did the order go through if the krushers are unavailable? Couldn't someone have contacted me before I got to the store to tell them there's no stock or do you'll enjoy wasting my time and fuel? Got to the store and the lady says the machine is broken but she can offer me milkshakes instead. I asked for 2 chocolate milkshakes but apparently they can only make strawberry?? I then asked for 10 zinger wings instead but the store doesn't have zinger wings!? What kind of kfc doesn't have zinger wings!?
