Done with KFC

Had a problem with Mr delivery because driver took my order but canceled on my side and said I wasn't home so he took my food. The manager at kfc lenasia south was terribly rude and cold had no care ahe was like what are we supposed to do phone mr delivery. We told them we will repay for the order they must prepare the food. After an hour of standing there after a colleague misinformed us that they will prepare a new order for us they then said they will make nothing and we must call mr delivery they were laughing at us making us fools they then prepared raw chicken that we paid for a 2nd time. My son was there we telling them my kids are hungry both mr delivery and kfc made a fool of us
