Don't EVER try to order a KFC delivery!!!

It is my husband's birthday so I want to have lunch delivered for him.<br> I phone KFC's delivery call centre. Huge mistake.<br> It took 13 minutes to place an order. 13 minutes! for a burger meal with mash and wings!<br> First I have to repeat myself with every bit of information i give the woman.<br> Then it takes about 3 minutes for her to establish the corner of the delivery address. Then after 8 minutes she LOSES all my information and we have to start the very painful process again. So i patiently give the info again.<br> I then get told that they do not deliver crushers because they are water-like...really? Water like? S i change my order and i am assured that the delivery will be 30 to 40 minutes. I re-itererate that the order needs to be delivered to *my husband's name*<br> An hour later my husband has still not received his food. I follow up and am told that the driver is en route.<br> The driver then gets there and instead of a nice surprise my husband has to FIND the delivery person because the delivery is made out to ME and NOT my husband. If KFC is interested I actually have a recording of this order. With the poor publicity of late you would think they want to keep customers not drive them away
