Don't care attitude

<p>Friday 25-11-2016 went to kentucky - Goodwood i ordered a kiddies burger meal with cheese was told by the lady serving me that burger does not come with cheese i must see on the menu very rude then instead of a juice i asked for a small milk shake which they also dont sell, the sterri stumpie that you usually got with a kids meal was a promotion thats ended thanks for informing the customers. Also i was told to read the menu like i am stupid or something all i can have is a juice calling the manager i was told in not so many words thats that what you see is what you get asked for the regional managers number had to wait and wait gave me the number of someone that does not even work for kentucky so how do they do business i really don't know as for going to any kentucky again do not think so service bad and the menu remeber please read as i was told leaves nothing for the imagination.</p>
