Doing me a favour?

Went on the 09/04/15 to the KFC drive through to buy food. No one at the drive through! I show the ladies in the shop their is no one to assist, then they show me to come into the shop... What is the point of a drive through then? The one girl decides to come and assist me, as she is walking to the drive through box she is shouting at me their is no one..... Really, am I to understand this is acceptable? Then she is still chewing on her food as she is talking to me and the impression I am giving she did me a favour to come and help me<br> <br> If she wants to talk to me like dog, she has no right to do so! Go and talk to your regional like a dog or your GM like a dog as clearly no one is addressing this experience that customers are enduring
