Does KFC ever have anything in stock??

We stay in Meyerton, therefore we visit KFC quite often, considering that we don't have a lot of take out places here. Problem is, they never have anything in stock. We've been told at least five times that they don't have ice cream. And recently they even told us that they don't have chicken fillets, so we can't order burgers. So what does KFC do, if they don't even have chicken?? And above all, the staff are rude and unhelpful.
