Does KFC even care?

Ordered via MrD from KFC BlueHills, got serious food poisoning the following day, I am still not 100% well as I still have gut issues. Sent KFC a complaint via their contact us form and still no reply.

Do they even care that I was not able to work for 2 days, vomiting and ****ting my guts out?
